Information we collect
- Account & business data you provide — your name, company, email, and the clients, estimates, invoices, contracts, and expenses you create in the platform.
- Payment data processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Connected services — when you link QuickBooks Online, we access the accounting data needed to sync invoices, customers, and payments, with your authorization.
- Usage & device data such as log data and basic analytics to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
- To provide, secure, and improve the TradeOps platform.
- To sync data with services you explicitly connect, such as QuickBooks.
- To send transactional messages (e.g., invoice and account notifications). We do not sell your data.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and QuickBooks when you connect it), and where required by law. Your business and client data is yours.
Data retention & security
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
