These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeOps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and all activity under your login. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Trials & billing

• Paid plans begin with a free 30-day trial. After the trial, your selected plan bills on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security, and no use that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your data & integrations

You own your business and client data. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, and to sync with integrations you connect, such as QuickBooks Online. See our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep TradeOps available and reliable but provide the service "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We may update or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
